The original mount broke because I tightened it too much. This mount is of better quality. Im happy because I didnt need to purchase a new head kit. Both the head and hose from the previous unit fit very well. It was simple and quick to fit them. There were no water leaks after installation.

I recently set this up and found it to be simple. So far, its proving to be good value. Theres no point in spending money on the StoneStream model that is made of plastic. Ive bought a couple and neither of them was worth it. Its a better choice to invest in this brass/ chrome version. I appreciate the quality of this companys products and definitely plan to purchase from them again. Theyve brightened my day with this.

This is precisely the item I needed. It is solid and performs the work its meant to. Its also quite pleasing to look at. Ive had enough of plastic plumbing adapters and fixtures that are difficult to attach to brass fittings, appear low-quality and break easily. Installing this took very little time, it didn’t cause any leaks and my hand held shower head fit just right. I fully back the decision to purchase this hand held shower fixture.

The product is made of strong, heavy metal which indicates its reliability. It got installed in less than 60 seconds. It served as a good replacement for the damaged plastic unit. An added benefit is that it remains firmly fixed unlike the plastic version which constantly needed re-tightening. Even though it had a higher price, its value is justified.

Starting with the holder, which in most packs is nearly always made from plastic. The holder on this particular product is what you have been looking for to ensure durability and no leakage. It’s robust and made from strong metal/brass and simple to fix. Take some thread seal tape, wrap the pipe a few times, and attach the holder. With plastic sets, it can be easy to mis-thread the fitting, resulting in leaks. However, this holder fits on smoothly without any mis-threading, making a firm seal. Afterwards we bought a hose that could match the strength. We paired it with a 6 function head that had received good reviews and we ended up with a perfect setup that was leak-free. The

This substitute for a commonly used plastic holder surpassed my expectations. The all-metal construction is tough and polished excellently. It secured perfectly and the wand slotted in without any issues. The movement range is full and usable. The ball joint is smartly sized and snug. You can easily employ a wrench during the setup due to its flat surfaces. My satisfaction level with this is high. A useful tip is to avoid using teflon tape on the threads as it didnt perform well for me. I instead used a plumbing sealant that contains TFE, which proved to be successful.
